Delete your Numa account

You can delete your account and everything in it yourself, in the app or on the web.

1. Sign in.
2. Go to Settings, then Your data.
3. Under Delete my account, confirm with your password.

This deletes your profile, every transaction, payslip and document, and any business where you’re the only member. Encrypted backups roll off within 14 days. You can export a copy first on the same page.

If you can’t sign in, email hello@kwry.co.za from the address on your account and we’ll delete it within 30 days.
